For us at Victory Pipe Industries (Pvt) Ltd., quality is the key to success and we are empowered with all requisite facilities for delivering it. We adhere to a rigid quality management system comprising of strict inspections and testing schedules that facilitate flawless production at every stage. All the process is carried out under strict supervision of quality inspectors thereby negating the possibility of occurrence of any flaws.
All the finished Pipes are put through a series of stringent tests such as Tensile test, Flattening test, Hydro static test (Pressure test) etc. to determine their strength, durability and performance. Only those Pipes which fulfill all the criteria are dispatched for sale in the market.

Imortant Steps in Quality Control
Material Inspection:
The first step in quality control is to inspect the raw materials used in the production of steel pipes. This includes examining the quality of the steel itself, checking for any impurities or defects, and verifying that it meets the specified chemical composition and mechanical properties.
Manufacturing Process Control:
Quality control involves monitoring and controlling the entire manufacturing process of steel pipes. This includes overseeing processes such as melting, casting, rolling, and welding to ensure that they are carried out correctly and within established parameters.
Dimensional Accuracy:
Steel pipes must meet precise dimensional specifications to ensure they fit together properly in various applications. Quality control measures include checking the outer diameter, wall thickness, and length of each pipe to ensure they conform to the required tolerances.
Visual Inspection:
Visual inspection is essential to identify surface defects such as cracks, pits, scratches, and other irregularities on the exterior and interior surfaces of the pipes. Any defects found during visual inspection can lead to rejection or further testing and evaluation.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
NDT techniques, such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and magnetic particle testing, are used to detect internal defects or flaws in steel pipes without causing damage to the material. These tests are crucial for ensuring the integrity of the pipes.
